Are your pieces ready-to-ship or made-to-order?
Most Gullye pieces are made-to-order: crafted individually after purchase. Some limited pieces may be ready-to-ship when marked.
How long does it take to craft my piece?
Typically 4–6 weeks. Craft time begins after your order is placed (not including shipping time).
Can you rush my order?
We can sometimes accommodate event timelines depending on the piece and workshop schedule. Contact us and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Handmade work can include subtle variations in finish, stone tone, and enamel part of what makes each piece unique.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid moisture, perfume, and harsh cleaners. Store separately and wipe gently after wear.
