How can we help?
Every Gullye piece is made by hand, in small batches. When a piece is in stock it ships within 1 to 2 business days. When it sells out, join the waitlist and we will tell you the moment it returns.

Can I exchange instead of returning?

Waitlist & restocks
How does the waitlist work?
When a piece is sold out, tap Join the waitlist on its product page and leave your email (add your phone if you would like a text as well). We will notify you the moment it is back in stock, so you are among the first to know.
Do I pay anything to join the waitlist?
No. Joining the waitlist is free and does not reserve or charge you. It simply tells you when the piece returns. You only pay if you choose to buy once it is back.
How long until a sold-out piece is back?
It varies. Our pieces are made by hand in small batches, so restock timing depends on the artisans' next run. We do not always have a fixed date, but waitlist members are the first to hear when a piece returns.
Why do pieces sell out?
We keep our batches small and made by hand, so quantities are limited by design. It protects the finishing and keeps the work intentional rather than mass-produced. When something sells out, the waitlist is how you claim the next one.
Materials & care
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Handmade work carries subtle variations in finish, stone tone and enamel. Those small differences are not flaws. They are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
Is the metal solid gold? Are the stones genuine gems?
We name every material honestly. Brass pieces use gold-tone brass, not solid gold, but a durable alloy with a warm gold-color finish. Glass accent stones are always labeled as glass, never given a gemstone name. Semi-precious stones such as natural agate are identified as such. The product page for any piece has the full material breakdown.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep jewelry away from moisture, perfume, lotions and harsh cleaners. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Store each piece individually, the Gullye dust bag works well, to prevent scratching. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat.
How do I care for my bag?
Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth after use. Avoid contact with water, oils and rough surfaces. For brass bags, a gentle buff with a soft cloth restores the finish. Store in the Gullye dust bag when not in use, away from direct sunlight and heat.
