Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, a piece must be:

  • Unworn and unused, in its original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, including the dust bag and any protective materials

To start a return, email hello@gullye.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Photos are welcome and help us respond faster. We will reply with return authorization and instructions. Please wait for authorization before shipping anything back; returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked and insured service; the returned piece remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Original shipping charges, if any were paid, are not refundable on standard returns. If a return is the result of our error, or the piece arrived damaged or defective, we refund shipping in full.

Final sale

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective
  • Any item clearly marked "final sale" at the time of purchase

Damaged or defective pieces

Every piece is checked by hand before it ships. If something arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gullye.com with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will make it right with a replacement where one exists, or a full refund including shipping. Because our pieces are made in small batches, an identical replacement may not always be available; in that case we refund in full.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Exchanges

Because we make in small batches and many pieces exist in very limited numbers, direct exchanges depend on availability. Email us and we will confirm what is possible; where an exchange is not available, we will process an eligible return and you can purchase the piece you prefer.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.
