Shipping policy

Every piece in our store is in stock and ready to ship. We ship from Redmond, Washington via FedEx Ground (tracked) using Shopify Shipping. Shipping rates, if any, are calculated at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created and the package is scanned by the carrier.

Transit times

The estimate shown at checkout is the most accurate for your exact address. Typical FedEx Ground transit after dispatch from Redmond, WA:

  • WA / OR / ID: about 1–2 business days
  • West Coast (CA / NV / UT / AZ): about 2–4 business days
  • Mountain / Plains: about 3–5 business days
  • Midwest / Texas: about 3–6 business days
  • Southeast: about 4–6 business days
  • Northeast: about 4–7 business days
  • Alaska / Hawaii: about 3–7 business days

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, and peak season can affect them. If your order is for a specific event, email us before ordering and we will advise honestly on timing.

Sold-out pieces

If a piece is sold out, join the waitlist on its product page and we will email you the moment it returns. Restocks are made in small batches and typically take about 25–30 days. Joining a waitlist is not an order and no payment is taken.

Delivery details

  • For higher-value orders we may require a signature on delivery.
  • FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; please use a street address.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need a change, email us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best; once an order has dispatched, rerouting is generally not possible. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout; where a package is returned to us for that reason, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.

If something arrives damaged

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and label, and we will make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available.
