Returns & Exchanges

Because each Gullye piece is crafted upon request, we accept returns only under limited conditions. This protects the integrity of small-batch craftsmanship while giving customers a fair safety net.

Eligible Returns (Conditional)

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging/materials
  • Not customized, resized, engraved, or made as a special commission

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale:

  • Custom-sized, personalized, or engraved pieces
  • Special commissions / made-to-request design changes
  • (Optional, if you want) Earrings for hygiene reasons, unless damaged/defective

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@gullye.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (recommended:  helps us process faster)

We’ll reply with the return authorization steps.

Damaged in Transit or Manufacturing Defect

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will make it right.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photos of the item
  • photos of packaging
  • photos of shipping label

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days

Exchanges

Because pieces are made-to-order, exchanges may be limited. If you’d like a different piece, contact us and  we’ll confirm what can be done based on production status.
