Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident ordering from Gullye. Our return policy depends on whether your item is Ready-to-Ship or Made-to-Order.

Ready-to-Ship (Brass Bags)

Return window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • unused / unworn and in original condition
  • returned with all original packaging/materials
  • free of wear, marks, scent, or damage

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund timing: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
(Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.)

Made-to-Order / Pre-Order (Jewelry + select pieces)

Because these pieces are crafted upon request, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery provided the item is:

  • unused / unworn and in original condition
  • returned with all original packaging/materials
  • not customized, resized, engraved, or made as a special commission

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale:

  • custom-sized, personalized, or engraved pieces
  • special commissions / made-to-request design changes
  • gift cards

Damaged in Transit or Manufacturing Defect

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will make it right.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photos of the item
  • photos of packaging
  • photos of the shipping label

How to Request a Return

Email hello@gullye.com with:

  • order number
  • reason for return
  • photos (optional, but helps us process faster)

We’ll reply with return authorization steps.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on inventory availability (many items are limited-run).
If you want a different piece, contact us and we’ll confirm what’s possible based on stock and production status.
