  • Contiguous U.S.: typically 1–5 business days
  • Alaska / Hawaii: typically 3–7 business days

Craft time: typically 4–6 weeks (varies by piece complexity and workshop schedule)Then shipping: once crafting is complete, your order dispatches and follows the same FedEx Ground transit ranges above.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created and your package is scanned by the carrier.
  • For higher-value orders, we may require signature on delivery for added security.

Address Changes

Because orders enter production quickly:

  • Address changes are only possible within 24 hours of purchase (recommended)
  • After dispatch, rerouting may not be possible.

Delays (Transparent, premium framing)

We do everything we can to meet timelines, but delays can occur due to:

  • workshop production realities (handcrafted work)
  • carrier delays, weather, peak season

If your timeline is event-specific, message us before ordering  we’ll advise honestly.
